What's most useful to send

• A beep that landed at the wrong moment. Tell me your market, the timeframe, and whether your chart anchors candles to the opening bell or to the clock. That last detail explains most mismatches.
• A market preset that's wrong or missing. Send the exchange, its trading hours, timezone and any midday break, and I'll add it.
• A timeframe or sound you wish existed.
• Anything that behaved oddly on your phone. Mention the phone, browser, and whether TradeBell was installed to the home screen or open in a browser tab.

Before you write about a missed alert

Two causes account for nearly all of them, and both are quick to check:

• The screen locked. When a phone sleeps, the operating system suspends the timer and no alert can fire. Turn on Keep screen awake in Advanced, and keep TradeBell in the foreground.
• The app was closed. Swiping TradeBell away stops everything — a web app cannot alert you once it has been killed. This is a limit of the browser, not a bug.

If neither applies, please do write — that is a real bug and I want to know.
